Red Boots Football Campus offers a unique experience: a combination of football skills development and cultural tourism in Madrid, directed to young students of academies, schools, high schools and of youth and reserve football teams between the ages of 8 and 18.
A unique thrilling experience! You will train in the homeland of your idols, the players of the Spanish football team.
With high level coaches (*) at world-class facilities. All this, in coordination with the Real Federación Española de Fútbol (The Royal Spanish Football Federation), that gives young students the chance to improve their skills in their favourite sport as well as the opportunity to know new places and cultures.
(*) The groups of students that wish to bring their own coaches, are allowed to do so.
Spain. Home to the three times European cup winner and world champion football team, a country where this sport plays an important part of its popular culture.
Madrid. A European capital that offers a great variety of leisure and cultural activities such as the visit to Santiago Bernabeu stadium and Valdebebas.
Ciudad Deportiva in Las Rozas. Where you will find the Spanish football team official world-class facilities in which you will train.

Carmen Cantero (General Manager) has a long experience as a businesswoman in the fields of art and culture. She has been running a visual arts company since 1998. In 2004, she carried out PIPE 2000 in order to help spread our culture. In 2006 she was appointed as woman entrepeneur of the year by the Comunidad de Madrid. At present, she produces big events and distributes important companies all over the world, such as Ballet Nacional de España or Compañía Antonio Gades.
As an entrepeneur, she has started a new project aimed at sports and young people. She will be responsible for the management of Red Boots Football Campus.
Bastien ¨Basti¨ de Toledo Leroy (Sports Operations Director) is a Franco-Spanish sport professional. He holds a MBA in Sport Management and a master’s degree in Dirección de Fútbol at Universidad Europea de Madrid. He also studied Economics and International Relations at the prestigious American University, College of William and Mary.
He has worked in the marketing, sponsorship and methodology departments of football teams such as Sevilla Fútbol Club or the Stade Rennais Football Club. He speaks four languages and he is in charge of recruiting foreign teams so they can enjoy the Red Boots experience.
Ricardo López (Travel Logistic Director) holds a master’s degree in Culture Management in Spain and he is a professional with proven expertise in the distribution and world tour coordination of big companies of the arts industry such as the Ballet Nacional de España or Compañía Antonio Gades. He has helped with the logistics and the coordination of important events such as the Santa Bárbara Flamenco Festival and the Dubai Shopping Festival, among others. Ricardo is well qualified to be responsible for the logistics, organization and the producing of large groups, both arts or sports related. He will be in charge of coordinating and ensuring a good stay in Madrid for all those young teams who will choose to enjoy the Red Boots Football Campus.
